Controls & Automation
The equipment is fine. The controls are the problem.
We connect you with shops that build, fix and upgrade PLC and safety controls for stations, cryogenic pumps, compressors and skids — including a non-proprietary option, so the code is yours.
★ 20+ Years In Industrial Gas, Oil & Gas

What do you need?
Backed by over 20 years of experience in the industrial gas and oil and gas industries — starting up gas stations and cryogenic pumps, keeping them running, and rewriting the logic when it didn't fit how the operator worked.

- Testing and commissioning
- Hands-on operator training
Move Off Proprietary Controls
Locked code, or a vendor who won't hand over the program? Get a system you own.
- Your current system assessed and documented
- Logic rebuilt on standard, open hardware
- Unlocked code and drawings handed over
Non-Proprietary Option
Want no locked code and no lock-in? Ask for it.
Locked, password-protected PLC programs are the most common way owners end up tied to one integrator. If you want a system that's fully yours to keep, change and support however you like, choose our non-proprietary option — once it's handed over, the passwords are yours to set. Already stuck with a locked system? We can connect you with a shop that’ll rebuild it on open hardware — see Move Off Proprietary Controls above.
You own the code
Choose this option and you get complete, unlocked program files at handover. No password-protected logic and no "proprietary and confidential" clauses.
Standard hardware
Off-the-shelf PLCs, I/O and instruments from major manufacturers — parts you can buy anywhere, not a black box only one integrator can open.
Standard languages
Ladder logic, function block and structured text — the IEC 61131-3 languages every controls technician already knows.
Documented for whoever's next
Commented logic, tag and I/O lists, and as-built electrical drawings, so any qualified technician can support it going forward.
How it works
- 1
Tell us the system
What the equipment is, what controls it has now, and what's wrong or needed.
- 2
Diagnose & scope
It gets looked over and you get a clear scope and price.
- 3
Build, start up, train
The work is done, started up and tested, and your crew is trained on it.

Frequently Asked Questions
PLC and safety controls questions
Which PLC platforms do you work with?
Standard, off-the-shelf platforms from the major manufacturers. Tell us the make and model of what you have now — or what your site standardizes on — and we'll confirm before quoting.
Will I get the program files?
If you choose our non-proprietary option, yes. At handover you get the complete, unlocked program, commented logic, tag and I/O lists and as-built drawings — your system to change, or to have anyone qualified support it. Ask for it when you request a quote.
Our system is locked, or the original integrator is gone. Can you help?
Yes. We don't break into someone else's protected program. We document what your system actually does — inputs, outputs, sequences, alarms and shutdowns — and rebuild it on standard, open hardware with code you own. If you already hold the passwords and rights to the program, we can work with what's there.
Can you keep downtime to a minimum?
That's the plan on every job. Panels and logic are built and tested before the switch-over, and the cutover is scheduled around your operation.
Do you build emergency shutdown and safety systems?
Yes — emergency shutdowns, safety interlocks and gas detection tie-ins for cryogenic, LNG, CNG and hydrogen equipment, built to your site's safety requirements and the codes that apply to it.
Can you train our operators?
Yes. Hands-on training on the new or upgraded system is part of startup, for your crew and for new hires later.
What do you need to quote a controls job?
What the equipment is and what it does, the PLC make and model if you know it, photos of the panel, and any drawings you have. A short description of what's going wrong helps us scope it quickly.
