Questions buyers ask
What pressure, flow and temperature is it rated for?
This actuator operates on a maximum air supply of 6.0 bar / 90 PSI and carries an ANSI CL150 pressure rating. Flow and temperature ratings are not specified in the listing; contact the seller for the operating temperature range and any flow limitations relevant to your valve application. Pneumatic actuators typically have operating temperature ranges that depend on seal materials and whether the unit is configured for standard or extreme service.
What should I inspect before putting it into service?
The unit requires re-certification before use. Inspect all seals, O-rings, and diaphragm (if applicable) for cracking, hardening, or extrusion; verify smooth travel over the full stroke with no binding or dead spots; and bench-test air pressure response and holding at maximum rated supply. Check mounting hardware, stem coupling, and positioner calibration if equipped, and confirm that the spring return (if applicable) functions correctly.
