Questions buyers ask
What condition is it in, and what service has it seen?
This unit is brand new, manufactured in 2019, and remains in its original packaging—it has never been installed or put into service. CNG dispensers stored long-term should have seals and moving parts inspected for degradation before commissioning, but this unit has seen no wear or exposure to gas flow.
What documentation comes with it?
The listing does not state what manuals, calibration records, or compliance certificates are included. Request the original manufacturer documentation, flow meter calibration data for the Compac KG80, wiring diagrams, and any certifications or test reports that shipped with the unit when new.
What should I inspect before putting it into service?
Verify the Coriolis meter calibration is current and that all seals, O-rings, and hoses have not degraded during storage—elastomers can age even without use. Confirm the NGV1 or NGV2 nozzle configuration matches your fleet, check that the 110–120 VAC power requirement suits your site, and verify the kilogram-based software can be properly reconfigured for gallon/dollar display if needed. High-flow dispensers typically require pressure testing and leak checks per local codes before first fill.
