Xebec STR30NGX-3 regenerable single tower natural gas dryer with AutoDew feature, professionally decommissioned from CNG station service. Flow capacity ranges from 336 scfm at 10 psi to 1876 scfm at 120 psi, with operating pressure rated 5-120 psig. Uses molecular sieve desiccant with integrated regeneration system including heater, blower, and condenser for closed-loop, heat-reactivated regeneration cycles. Features: · Closed loop, operator-initiated heat reactivated regenerated cycles for reliable dryer regeneration control and shutdown · AutoDew feature will signal when regeneration is required Natural gas dryers remove water vapor prior to storing or using natural gas for a vehicle fuel. High water content can cause blockage of CNG in fueling systems and can contribute to corrosion in storage vessels and piping. The need for a dryer is determined by the water content of the incoming gas and the minimum ambient temperature. The dryer uses molecular sieve adsorbent desiccants to remove water vapor to extremely low levels. After operating for a period of time, the dryer has removed so much moisture that it requires regeneration (heat evaporation process) or replacement of the desiccant. Dryers typically include a hygrometer, which identifies when the desiccant is completely saturated. Regenerating Inlet Dryer is provided with a regeneration system that can periodically remove the water from the desiccant by itself.  The additional equipment includes a heater, blower, and condenser. This Dryer was professionally decommissioned from a CNG station owned and operated by a Local Distribution Gas Company (LDC) and managed by Clean Energy. Inspection Pre-purchase inspections are welcome during normal business hours by appointment arranged in advance. We can provide complimentary transportation from DFW Airport and back if you would like to send someone to see the equipment in person. We can also walk through the item over a video call for domestic or international buyers. We are on US Central Time. Shipping and loading The equipment is located at our yard south of Dallas, Texas. We can assist with shipping arrangements. Loading is provided at no charge for equipment under 15,000 lb when scheduled in advance. Equipment over 15,000 lb requires a crane, which is arranged and paid for by the buyer. Payment Payment in full is required FOB our yard in South Dallas. A verifiable cashier's check is accepted for collection in person. For release to a third-party shipper we require a wire transfer cleared in our account before the equipment leaves the yard.
