Questions buyers ask
What capacity and product purity does it produce?
This listing is for a hydrogen fuel cell powertrain system, not a gas production or purification unit. The fuel cell consumes hydrogen to produce 200 Kilowatts of electrical power at 250-500 Volts. The title and structured fields appear to reference different equipment entirely and do not match the actual listing content.
What utilities, footprint and power draw does it require?
The listing does not provide dimensional footprint, mounting requirements, or parasitic power consumption data for the fuel cell system or battery pack. Fuel cell systems of this class typically require hydrogen supply at regulated pressure, liquid coolant circulation infrastructure, and DC power for balance-of-plant components during startup and standby. Ask the seller for the complete installation manual, hydrogen inlet pressure and flow requirements, coolant specifications, and auxiliary power draw at idle and full load.
How long was it in service, how long has it been down, and how was it preserved?
The fuel cell system is listed as new; the spare parts kit and battery pack are listed as used with no service history, runtime hours, or storage conditions provided. For the used battery pack, ask the seller for cycle count, state of health assessment, storage voltage maintenance history, and date of last charge. For fuel cell systems, membrane electrode assembly exposure to freeze-thaw cycles and humidity during storage directly affects stack performance and longevity.
What is realistically involved in relocating and re-erecting it?
The battery pack weighs 507 pounds; weights for the fuel cell system and spare parts kit are not provided. These are truck-mounted powertrain components designed for vehicle integration, not industrial plant installation, so relocation involves standard freight handling and the commissioning effort centers on hydrogen supply integration, coolant loop setup, and high-voltage DC bus connections. Ask the seller whether OEM integration documentation, control system configuration files, and calibration data are included.
